No further update

The manager of Wangsa Walk has called me to apologize and has promised to compensate my loss. I then asked him to email me officially so that i can understand and reply him with the details to receive those compensations. But i did not receive any email or call from him anymore since his first call. I feel very disappointed on the customer service and do not hope for the compensation to realized anymore.

User's recommendation: Be careful the quantity of the items that u ordered.

Rude cashier name Esah

Hi i love four fingers but i m very upset with the bad service of Cashier name Esah a malay lady and she is stationed at four fingers North point. First when i asked her about the orders as i am quite fresh to four fingers she seem very impatient to answer and show a black face ...I as a customer just took a few seconds to glance at the menu does it take very long and not much customers behind me it was round evening ...she keep staring at me as i looked at the menu making me uncomfortable and unwelcome is that the way a service staff representing four fingers should behave i m sure she doesnt care as i believe she knoe her job but Not her manners ...Also the way she put it sound so rude "she say drinks take it urself"??Who is she talking to does she even have respect for customers。。Cant even say please and never say thank you also...I m shocked and disappointed. ..Plese do something HR this is bad and not acceptable...It reflect badly on four fingers coz of her attitude...
